Responsible Gambling Policy
At , located at , we believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable and entertaining experience. We are deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing a safe, supportive environment for all of our guests. If gambling ever stops being fun, we are here to help.
Our Commitment
is dedicated to fostering a responsible gambling culture within our hotel-casino. We recognize that, for a small number of people, gambling can become a serious problem. Our commitment includes:
- Providing clear and accessible information about responsible gambling to all guests.
- Training our staff to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond with care, compassion, and professionalism.
- Offering practical tools and resources that empower guests to manage their gambling habits.
- Collaborating with national and international organizations dedicated to gambling harm prevention.
- Ensuring that our gaming environment is never used to exploit vulnerable individuals.
- Continuously reviewing and improving our responsible gambling practices in line with best industry standards.
We ask all of our guests to gamble responsibly: set limits before you play, only gamble with money you can afford to lose, take regular breaks, and never chase your losses. Remember, gambling is a form of entertainment — not a way to make money.
18+ Age Policy
Gambling at is strictly reserved for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced at all times throughout our premises, in full compliance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Government of Canada.

- A valid Canadian or international passport
- A provincial driver's licence
- A Canadian provincial or territorial identification card
- A Permanent Resident Card
Any individual who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age will be respectfully denied entry to our gaming areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Recognizing the Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or financial situation. It often develops gradually, and many people are unaware that their gambling habits have become harmful. We encourage you to honestly reflect on your own behaviour and to look out for those around you.
Common signs that gambling may have become a problem include:
- Spending more money or time gambling than you originally intended.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to reduce or stop gambling.
- Gambling to escape feelings of stress, depression, anxiety, or loneliness.
- Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to win back money you have lost.
- Lying to family members, friends, or colleagues about your gambling activities.
- Borrowing money, selling possessions, or neglecting bills in order to fund gambling.
- Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal health because of gambling.
- Feeling a persistent preoccupation with gambling — constantly thinking about your next session or how to get more money to gamble.
- Failed attempts to cut down or control your gambling despite wanting to do so.
- Experiencing guilt, shame, or regret after gambling sessions.
If you recognize any of these signs in yourself or in someone you care about, please do not hesitate to reach out for help. Acknowledging a problem takes courage, and support is always available. You are not alone.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling Tools
We offer a range of tools to help our guests maintain control over their gambling. These tools are available voluntarily and confidentially, and we encourage all guests to make use of them as part of a healthy approach to gambling.
Self-Exclusion Program
If you feel that you need a break from gambling, our self-exclusion program allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from our gaming facilities for a defined period of time. Once enrolled, you will not be permitted to access the gaming areas of for the duration of your chosen exclusion period. To enroll in our self-exclusion program or to learn more, please speak directly and confidentially with a member of our Guest Services team or our Responsible Gambling Officer.
In addition, the Province of Ontario operates the GameSense program in partnership with the Responsible Gambling Council, which provides on-site support and resources. Guests may also register for provincial self-exclusion programs administered by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
Deposit and Spending Limits
We encourage all guests to set a personal budget before they begin gambling. Decide in advance how much money you are comfortable spending and treat that amount as the cost of your entertainment. Never exceed the limit you have set for yourself.
Time Limits and Reality Checks
Set a time limit for each gambling session and stick to it. Take regular breaks away from the gaming floor to rest, reflect, and reassess your experience.
Cooling-Off Periods
If you feel you need a short break from gambling but are not ready to commit to a full self-exclusion, speak to our Responsible Gambling Officer about arranging a temporary cooling-off period.
Exclusion of Vulnerable Persons
reserves the right to deny access to the gaming floor to any individual whom our staff reasonably believe may be in a vulnerable state or at risk of gambling-related harm. This action is always taken with care and respect for the dignity of the individual concerned.
Support and Helpline Numbers
If you or someone you know needs support, help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reaching out is a sign of strength, and trained counsellors are ready to listen without judgment. All calls are confidential.
